Responsibilities

Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Develop legal strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients.
Take and run depositions and meet and confers.
Conduct ADR mediations and negotiations.
Develop and deliver arguments and represent clients in employment matters.

Requirements

Admission to the CA Bar is mandatory.
Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
1+ years of experience with employment litigation.
Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
Excellent academic credentials.
Interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $135,334.00 – $150,337.00 per year
