Position: Assistant General Counsel – 40 Act
Salary: USD
200000 – USD
220000 per annum + 28 days holiday
Huxley is currently partnered with a well-established financial services company in the Northern Chicago Suburbs. This is a permanent direct-hire position that will report into the Head of Legal. This company works a hybrid schedule.
This is a new hire for the company because of the growth over the past few years. This person will support both the advisory and management sides of the business. We are looking for someone who can be a resource for the group and provide strategic guidance from a legal perspective.
Requirements:
Law Degree and Admission to Illinois Bar
5-10 Years of Legal and Compliance Experience
Expert in the Investment Company and Investment Adviser Act of 1940
Proven experience advising on funds and creation of funds
Work hybrid 1-2 days a week
