Position: National Scheduling Manager
Location: This is a hybrid role, with an expectation to come into the office on occasion.
Responsibilities
Working with Scheduling Department to meet all scheduling needs.
Ensuring the calendar is covered as required by the department SOP.
Being flexible and adaptable as needed by the department.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Assist in managing the pipeline of new customer requests.
Manage the National team ensuring that KPI’s are met.
Work with upper management team to drive process improvement as needed.
Maintaining customer relationships with multiple firms.
Assisting the team to arrange, book and schedule depositions and proceedings.
Identify and request needs for the department as necessary.
Responsible for interviewing and recommending new hires as necessary and setting up training materials for same.
Train and supervise scheduling staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and staff.
RB9 experience is necessary.
Clear understanding of the scheduling process and the requirements associated with it.
Able to work 9am – 6pm (local hours).
Ability to work well across multiple firms as needed.
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and Outlook, is a requirement.
The ability to multitask and handle a large volume of work thoroughly and accurately is required.
Excellent customer service, typing and phone skills are a must.
Qualified candidates must have a full and complete understanding of the general legal process and requirements for their home state as well as basic national knowledge. Candidates to be aware that background checks are conducted.
