Join Our Team as a Remote Bankruptcy Paralegal!
Are you a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a knack for providing outstanding phone etiquette? We’re seeking a dedicated Remote Bankruptcy Paralegal to join our team and help us deliver exceptional legal services to our clients.
Minimum 1 year of experience working with bankruptcy law and Best Case (or similar) software is required.
Key Requirements:
Detail Oriented: Precision and accuracy are essential in this role.
Excellent Communicator: Clear and effective communication skills are a must.
Phone Etiquette: Professional and courteous phone manners are essential.
Bankruptcy Experience: Experience working with Ch. 7 and Ch. 13 bankruptcy law is a requirement.
Best Case Software: Familiarity with Best Case software is a plus, but not a requirement.
Microsoft Office Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Work Environment: Must have a clean, quiet, distraction-free place to work.
Zoom Proficiency: Experience with Zoom is required.
Internet Connection: Must have a fast and stable internet connection.
Follow Instructions: Ability to follow instructions is a must.
Independent Work: Must be able to work independently.
Organized: Must be organized and enjoy working with checklists.
Availability: You can perform most of the work at any time or schedule you like. However, you must have some availability during our normal working hours (9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST) for client communication. Flexible hours depending on workload.
