Position Overview
We’re currently hiring an Associate Attorney to join our firm with a primary focus on domestic relations cases (divorce, custody, child support, etc.). Responsibilities
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements
Conduct legal research and analysis
Manage client communication and case strategy
Develop practice areas of interest with firm support
Qualifications
Active license to practice law in New Mexico
3–5+ years of litigation experience (family law preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines
Team player with a self-starter mindset
