The salary range for this position is $60,000 – $80,000 plus bonus potential. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.

Compensation:

$60,000 – $80,000

Responsibilities:
Analyze and review billing data to ensure accuracy and compliance with client agreements and billing guidelines.
Manage invoice preparation and distribution process, including resolving any discrepancies or billing issues.
Develop and maintain billing procedures and documentation for internal record-keeping and audits.
Collaborate with legal teams to address client billing inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
Monitor and track billing metrics to assess billing efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in legal billing within a law firm setting
Proficiency in legal billing software and systems. Experience with Juris and Juris Suite is a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Competencies: US Work Authorization
