Position Description: Performs professional legal and advisory services to accomplish effective representation of state, county and county personnel. The required amount of experience will impact the assignment of level (Entry/Intermediate/Senior) along with the complexity of cases and advisory services assigned.
The current focus area is in our Civil Division.
Current Vacancy: 1 Regular, F/T positions (Within the compliment of an Assistant County Attorney – Entry, Intermediate, or Senior.)
Responsibilities:
• Within the Civil division:
Responsibility of child protection cases, guardian ships and commitments, contract review, county real estate work, juvenile delinquency and other general civil assignment.
Work Hours: The normal hours of work shall be 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week.
Work Location: Itasca County Attorney Department, Second Floor, Courthouse, 123 NE 4th St, Grand Rapids.
