Job Overview
Serves as an Assistant County Attorney in the Hardin County Attorney’s Office – handling the prosecution of CPS cases, criminal, from intake to trial, of adult misdemeanors, juvenile crimes, and adult felonies as an Attorney Pro Tem for the District Attorney’s Office.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements – Must Be a graduate of an A.B.A. accredited law school. Must have a license to practice law in the State of Texas and be in good standing with the State and local bar associations; OR a recent graduate awaiting bar results.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in law/legal research/county related business.
