Role Description The Assistant Corporate Counsel is a full-time, on-site role based in Rancocas, NJ. This role supports the General Counsel and business leaders by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, including vendor, customer, supply, licensing, and confidentiality agreements. The Assistant Corporate Counsel will advise internal stakeholders on legal risks, contract terms, and regulatory considerations, and help develop practical solutions that align with business objectives. Daily responsibilities include conducting legal research, supporting corporate governance and entity maintenance, assisting with compliance initiatives and policy development, and helping respond to disputes or pre-litigation matters. The role will also collaborate closely with finance, HR, procurement, engineering, and operations teams to ensure legal compliance, support strategic projects, and maintain consistent legal and contractual standards across the organization.
