Overview
Our client, a national litigation law firm, is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join their dynamic team supporting real estate and mortgage litigation matters. This is a fully remote opportunity for a licensed litigator in CA, TX, AZ, or NV.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a full litigation caseload from intake to resolution
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, briefs, and motions
Attend mediations, trials, and hearings
Take and defend depositions
Collaborate with internal legal teams and external stakeholders
Utilize legal tech systems for case and document management
Qualifications
JD from an ABA-accredited law school
Active license to practice law in one or more of: CA, TX, AZ, or NV
Minimum of 8 years’ litigation/courtroom experience (foreclosure law a plus)
Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
Familiarity with Westlaw or Fastcase
Willingness to travel as needed for litigation events
