Barton Gilman looks to add a full-time, Associate attorney to work primarily in its Pennsylvania Education practice, based in our Philadelphia office. Associate must possess a commitment to exceptional client service, strong academic credentials, and excellent writing, research, and advocacy skills. Familiarity with education settings, special education and related services, and a dedication to addressing the unique legal challenges faced by schools are a plus. Associate will have the opportunity to work with accomplished, well-respected attorneys and education reform leaders, interact meaningfully with clients, and fully participate in all phases of service to education clients, including litigation and transactional work, in a collegial and flexible work environment. Pennsylvania bar admission required; additional bar admissions, particularly New Jersey, a plus. Barton Gilman is dedicated to creating an environment of inclusion and diversity. The base salary range for this hybrid position is between $125,000 and $175,000, depending on experience.
