They should possess excellent computer and keyboarding skills to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume business.
Key Responsibilities:
Support legal collections processes and assist in case management.
Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy collections law office.
Provide excellent customer service and professional communication.
Ensure compliance with consumer collections regulations and industry standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in the collections industry is highly desirable.
Fundamental knowledge of consumer collections regulations.
Legal collections experience, including familiarity with JST software, is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
