Assistant Attorney General – Litigation Division Jobs in Augusta, ME at State of Maine
Reputable Plaintiff’s side Personal Injury firm seeking Associate Attorney who is experienced in civil litigation and able to manage a large caseload. Duties include advising clients, negotiating settlements, conducting depositions, making court appearances, alternative dispute resolution, and conducting legal research.
An ideal candidate will be able to multi-task, work closely with Paralegals and the managing attorney, follow court guidelines, and work with limited supervision.
Requires:
-Admission to the State Bar of California
-Proficiency with technology
-Detailed, analytical thinking
-Ability to meet deadlines and maintain organization
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Familiarity with civil litigation
Salary is commensurate with experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
