Join our Employee-Owned Company as a Contract & Project Administrator for SGH Concepts, a division of SGH Redglaze Holdings, Inc. This position will assist with daily team support and will be in our Omaha, NE office.
Responsibilities:
Review, negotiate, and process subcontract and purchase order agreements
Ensure compliance with project specifications, legal & insurance requirements, and company policies
Work with internal and external personnel on construction project administration
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Process vendor invoices and customer billings

Skills And Experience:
Experience with construction contract language and negotiation preferred
Knowledge of construction terms and documentation workflows
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft software
Knowledge of Google processes
Knowledge of Bluebeam software preferred
Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of accounting functions
Problem solving skills to present the best solutions
Attention to detail
Willingness to learn new tasks
Works well in a team environment
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Must have reliable transportation
