We are seeking a dynamic Attorney with entrepreneurial flair to join our legal team and help open up an additional regional office. The ideal candidate must have an entrepreneurial spirit as the candidate will be responsible for assisting with opening the office on day one and employing staff to assist. We will be hiring support staff and case managers in addition to this position. The candidate must have minimum 2-5 years experience in pre-litigation and litigation.
Partnership prospects within 2 years for qualified candidate. Health insurance , 401(k).
**Responsibilities:**
– Managing an office of roughly 2-5 employees to start. The office will likely grow to 10+ employees within 2 years.
-Managing teams of individuals for personal injury matters from pre-litigation all the way up to trial if needed.
– Draft legal documents including contracts, agreements, and pleadings
– Represent clients in court proceedings
– Negotiate on behalf of clients to reach favorable settlements
– Provide legal advice to clients on various matters
– Prepare for and participate in trials
– Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to work on cases effectively
**Experience:**
– Proven experience in pre-litigation and litigation
– Outgoing and entrepreneurial
– Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
