Job Responsibilities
- Identify, monitor, and recover company assets requiring retrieval, repossession, or turnover.
- Conduct field inspections, site visits, and verification of company assets.
- Coordinate with Legal, Security, HR, IT, Sales, Leasing, Marketing and Corporate Planning regarding asset recovery activities.
- Prepare and implement recovery action plans for assigned assets.
- Monitor the status of asset recovery cases and submit periodic accomplishment reports.
- Coordinate with government agencies, local government units, law enforcement agencies, and other stakeholders when necessary.
- Ensure proper turnover and documentation of recovered assets.
- Assist in negotiations with occupants, debtors, or other parties as may be authorized by Management.
- Maintain accurate recovery records and monitoring reports.
- Recommend appropriate recovery, disposal, or redeployment strategies for recovered assets.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Head of ARMS.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Real Estate Management, or any related field.
- Licensed Real Estate Broker is an advantage.
- Training in asset recovery, credit and collection, banking operations, property management or risk management.
- Special Skills in: Asset recovery, negotiation and conflict resolution, investigation techniques, property management, Microsoft Office applications, strong communication skills, analytical and problem solving skills, coordination with multiple stakeholders and documentation, knowledge of property laws and legal processes, asset monitoring.
- Experience in dealing with government agencies, knowledge in foreclosure, repossession and recovery procedures.
- At least two years of experience in property management, field operations, real estate operations and asset management.
- Experience in working as a sheriff or in security services.
- Must possess high integrity, sound judgment, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must be willing to conduct frequent field work, travel, and coordinate with various government agencies and internal departments.
- Must be capable of handling sensitive and confidential matters and able to work independently with minimal supervisions.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel as required .
- Background verification shall be required prior to hiring.
