Job Summary
We are seeking a Litigation/Probate Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing legal representation and advocacy in various litigation matters. This role requires a strong understanding of the legal process and the ability to handle complex cases. The Attorney will work closely with clients to understand their legal issues and develop effective strategies to resolve them.
Responsibilities
– Handle a wide range of litigation cases, including probate, personal injury, real estate, fiduciary litigation, collections, corporate and so on.
– Conduct legal research using legal resources to develop legal arguments and prepare legal documents
– Draft and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
– Represent clients in court and handle all aspects of litigation, including depositions, trials, and appeals
– Collaborate with other legal professionals to develop a comprehensive understanding of the legal issues involved in each case
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all legal proceedings and communications
– Provide legal guidance and advice to clients in a clear and concise manner
– Stay current with changes in the law and ensure compliance with legal regulations and procedures

– Experience with legal drafting and negotiation

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
