Job Overview
Dallas-based International Trade Law firm seeks experienced Legal Assistant to support our growing team. This is a full-time position on site working M-F, 8:30am-5:30pm.
Requirements:
Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written
Effective coordination with attorneys, clients and external parties
Excellent Microsoft Office and Adobe skills
Ability to work attentively on your own with little supervision
Strong problem solving skills and a proactive approach
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to anticipate next steps
Exude a professional, confident, positive demeanor
Impeccable customer service
Growth, achievement, goal-oriented
Bilingual Spanish and English preferred
Responsibilities will include:
Answering Phones
Maintaining client deadlines and attorney calendars
Filing
Mail distribution
Assisting office manager with billing and accounts receivables when needed.
Assisting with follow up on collection accounts
Maintaining household & office supply inventory (kitchen/breakroom replenishments, office station, office supplies, copy paper, etc.)
Maintaining kitchen
Updating and maintaining the law library
Greeting delivery carriers.
Scheduling travel and hotels.
Registering and maintaining attorney conferences
Maintaining marketing giveaways
Assisting staff and attorneys when needed

Pay: $45,000.00 – $58,000.00 per year
