A boutique family law firm based in Fayetteville, Arkansas is seeking an experienced paralegal to provide remote support to its active litigation practice. This is a part-time, work-from-home position, requiring approximately 10–15 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and respond to discovery requests in family law litigation matters
Prepare basic pleadings and legal correspondence
Assist attorneys with trial preparation and case organization
Maintain accurate and organized digital case files using Google Workspace

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in family law
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines independently
Located in Northwest Arkansas and available for occasional in-person team meetings
Access to a personal computer and a licensed Adobe Acrobat account
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Position Details:

Part-time: 10–15 hours/week
Remote: Work from home with flexible hours
Compensation: $20/hour, 1099 contractor (rate may vary depending on experience)
