The Opportunity
We are currently looking for Arabic-speaking Customer Experience Professionals with strong English communication skills to join our growing international team in Portugal.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for motivated, customer-focused, and solution-oriented professionals who can confidently communicate with customers and colleagues in an international setting.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Native or near-native Arabic language skills (C1/C2 level)
- Good command of English, with a minimum B2 level
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal abilities and a positive, professional attitude
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- A customer-centric mindset and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
- The ability to work effectively in a target-driven, dynamic, and team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple customer requests efficiently
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement
Provide professional, friendly, and personalized support to customers through phone, email, and chat channels. Ensure that every interaction is accurately documented in internal systems and handled in line with company procedures.
Customer Experience Excellence
Deliver a seamless and high-quality customer journey by understanding customer needs, resolving requests efficiently, providing proactive follow-ups, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Post-Sales Support
Assist customers with a wide range of post-sales queries, including order tracking, deliveries, warranties, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refund processes.
Commercial Support
Support inbound sales activities by identifying customer needs, recommending relevant products or services, and contributing to commercial and revenue growth objectives.
Order and CRM Management
Process customer requests, update order-related information, and manage customer records with a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal policies.
Performance and Quality
Consistently achieve operational KPIs, quality standards, and quarterly performance objectives while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach in every interaction.
