The candidate we are seeking must a) have an LLB or JD degree; (b) significant work experience (5+ years) in the practice (including litigation) of environmental law, either in the public or private sector; (c) significant work experience in administrative and regulatory law in the public sector; (d) experience teaching university-level environmental, regulatory or administrative law courses.
