Legal Services Coordinator

Location: Orlando, FL

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role:
As a Legal Service Coordinator at U.S. Legal Support, you will play a key role in coordinating legal service orders. This position requires strong data entry skills, legal research capabilities, and the ability to interact with both clients and contractors to ensure efficient service execution. The Legal Services Coordinator will primarily be responsible for inputting, coordinating, and assigning new service orders while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Essential Job Functions:

Input, coordinate, and assign new service orders.
Conduct legal research as needed.
Interact with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.
Communicate with contractors and delegate assignments efficiently.
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
Maintain a professional and organized workflow to meet deadlines.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Minimum typing speed of 70 WPM (Typing test required).
Strong spelling and written communication skills (Spelling test required).
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Professional attitude with a positive and team-oriented mindset.
Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Proper phone etiquette and customer service skills.
