Job Description
- Provide day-to-day legal and compliance support across commodity trading, governance and compliance matters.
- Draft, review and negotiate commodity sale & purchase agreements and related trading documentation.
- Conduct KYC reviews and due diligence on counterparties and business partners.
- Support compliance programmes, policies and reporting requirements.
- Act as a key contact for QFI matters, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external advisers.
- Support corporate governance, shareholder-related matters and entity management activities.
- Support with data protection, information governance and external counsel management.
主要职责包括：
- 为大宗商品交易、公司治理及合规事务提供法律支持；
- 起草、审核及谈判贸易及商业合同；
- 负责KYC及第三方尽职调查工作；
- 支持合规政策落地及相关报告工作；
- 作为QFI项目对接窗口，协调内外部相关方；
- 支持公司治理、股东事务及实体管理；
- 参与数据保护及外部律所管理工作。
The Successful Applicant
- PRC qualified lawyer with 5+ years’ post-qualification experience.
- Experience in commercial law, compliance, regulatory or trading-related legal matters.
- Knowledge of corporate governance, shareholder matters and QFI regulations is highly preferred.
- Experience in commodities, energy, trading, financial services or other regulated industries.
- Strong drafting, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent Mandarin and English.
任职要求：
- 中国律师执业资格，5年以上相关工作经验；
- 具备商业法务、合规或监管领域经验；
- 熟悉公司治理、股东事务及QFI相关法规者优先；
- 具备大宗商品、能源、贸易或金融行业背景优先；
- 优秀的合同谈判及沟通协调能力；
- 中英文流利。
