A reputable, mid-sized law firm seeks an attorney with about five or more years of civil litigation experience, specifically handling New York labor law matters or fire and casualty claims. An ideal candidate will be experienced handling all aspects of a case from inception to trial. Experience handling declaratory judgment actions and/or experience litigating in the Supreme Court of the State of New York is a plus. The salary range for this position is likely $125,000 to $135,000, plus a bonus. The firm operates under a hybrid work schedule, about two days a week in the office.
