The Law Offices of Meisa Banh, an established family law firm in Alhambra, CA is looking for a brilliant associate attorney who has 1 to 3 years of experience as an attorney practicing family law, including trial.

The ideal attorney will be a trusted associate and will bring substantial experience in dissolutions of marriage, child custody, child and spousal support, prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements, parentage actions, restraining orders and adoptions. Courtroom experience is definitely a must as we all enjoy the thrill of winning cases for our clients!

Qualifications:
A licensed attorney in good standing with the California State Bar
0-3 years of professional work experience at a firm specializing in Family Law with excellent reference OR is recently out of law school with an AMAZING attitude and a strong desire to work at family law firm
What you bring to the table:
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and opposing counsel
Strong research, writing and analytical skills
Ability to work autonomously as well as part of an amazing team
Experience drafting pleadings and related family law forms
Experience propounding and responding to all forms of discovery
Ability to manage your own caseload from inception to case resolution
