We are looking to add a hybrid Alternative Investments CLO Practice Associate (Mid-Senior Level Associate: 2.5 years ) to the team at our New York office – this is an opportunity to work on complex, high-profile transactions alongside a market-leading team withing a dynamic, collaborative environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 2.5 years of experience advising on structured credit, CLO’s, securitizations, or secured/structured lending transactions.
Strong drafting and transaction management skills
Ability to work effectively as a part of a close-knit, high-performing team
Commitment to delivering excellent client service in a dynamic practice area
BENEFITS & COMPENSATION
Salary Range: $260,000 – $435,000
At least 2.5 years of experience in CLOs, securitization, or structured/secured lending.
Strong transactional and organizational skills.
Admission to the New York Bar (or ability to waive in)
