We are recruiting for a market-leading aircraft leasing company in Dublin. They are looking for a Paralegal to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract at short notice.
Responsibilities:
Provide document and transaction support to the legal team
Structuring and drafting various legal documentation and agreements such as lease amendments, side letters, conditions precedent and corporate approvals
Coordinate the Letters of Credit process
Supervise junior paralegals
Draft documents supporting lease contracts, restructuring agreements and warranties
Manage the closing of sales – oversee all necessary documentation is delivered and completed
Support internal departments in all transactional processes
Ensure that all transactional documentation is provided, completed and filed accurately and accordingly
Draft and oversee such documents as leases, contracts and letters
Ensure that all documents are safely and accessibly filed and organised according to company procedure
Experience:
Relevant third-level qualification
3-5 years experience working in an aircraft leasing company or in the aircraft leasing department of a law firm or relevant corporate services provider
Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents
Self-motivated and keen to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
