Role Description The AI Product Engineer – LegalTech will design, build, and iterate on AI-driven products that enhance the delivery of legal services at MB Legal. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Yerevan, Armenia. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with lawyers and business stakeholders to translate legal workflows into product requirements, prototyping and refining AI-powered features, and working with engineering resources to implement robust, secure solutions. The role involves conducting research into relevant AI tools and frameworks, testing and validating product performance, and continuously improving user experience for both internal teams and clients. The AI Product Engineer will also help define product roadmaps, document technical and functional specifications, and support training and onboarding for users of the LegalTech solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to break down complex legal workflows and translate them into structured product requirements.
- Experience in product engineering and product design, ideally with AI-powered or LegalTech products.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with legal professionals, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Background in research and development (R&D), including evaluating AI tools, experimenting with prototypes, and iterating based on feedback and data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; exposure to or interest in law or LegalTech is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with modern AI/ML frameworks, APIs, or platforms (e.g., large language models, NLP tools) and their practical application in business workflows.
- Ability to work on-site in Yerevan, Armenia, in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to building secure, reliable, and user-centric products.
