Aksa Capital is seeking a highly competent and experienced Advocate to join our Lisbon office on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Portuguese immigration law, particularly Golden Visa cases, real estate transactions, and corporate tax matters.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle start-to-end processing of Portugal Golden Visa applications
• Prepare, review, and present Golden Visa cases before relevant authorities
• Liaise and communicate with Agência para a Integração, Migrações e Asilo (AIMA) for case submissions, follow-ups, and approvals
• File and manage appeal cases for Golden Visa clients and other clients with relevant Portuguese authorities
• Provide legal advisory services related to Portuguese immigration laws
• Draft, review, and execute real estate deeds and property transaction documentation
• Manage immigration-related legal matters for clients
• Handle corporate legal matters including corporate tax cases and compliance
• Ensure adherence to Portuguese legal and regulatory frameworks
• Represent clients before relevant legal and administrative authorities when required
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) — Master’s degree or specialization in Immigration/Corporate Law preferred
• Valid license to practice law in Portugal
• Strong professional network and established relationships with AIMA and relevant immigration authorities.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in Venture Capital Funds and related investment structures.
• Proven expertise in scheduling and rescheduling appointments with AIMA.
• Demonstrated experience in filing and managing appeals against AIMA rejection decisions.
• Proven track record of successfully handling Portugal Golden Visa applications and cases.
• Extensive experience in liaising and coordinating with AIMA and other relevant Portuguese immigration authorities.
• Hands-on experience in drafting real estate deeds and managing property-related transactions.
• Ability to represent the company before Municipal Authorities and other relevant government bodies.
• Strong knowledge of Portuguese immigration laws, corporate regulations, and tax requirements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical, legal drafting, documentation, and case management abilities.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory)
