Eligibility
- 1–3 years of Post‑Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Prior experience in commercial litigation is essential.
- Strong drafting, legal research, and court appearance skills preferred.
Responsibilities
- Appear and assist in matters before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, and Arbitral Tribunals.
- Draft pleadings, applications, submissions, and other litigation‑related documents.
- Handle matters before National Company Law Tribunals (NCLTs) across India.
- Assist in litigation before the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT).
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic advisory support in complex commercial disputes.
