Kanwood International Private Limited is seeking a skilled and proactive Advocate to handle legal matters related to cyber fraud , bank account freeze/defreeze , and financial disputes . The ideal candidate must be experienced in interacting with law enforcement , banking authorities , and clients —with the ability to travel as needed for effective resolution and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Represent the company in cybercrime and banking fraud matters , including unauthorized online transactions and account freezes.
Draft and file legal documents such as defreezing applications, legal notices, affidavits, and complaint responses.
Coordinate with SHOs , Cyber Crime Cell officers , bank officials , and other legal stakeholders to negotiate and resolve cases.
Ensure smooth and timely communication with clients and authorities across multiple jurisdictions .
Handle account freeze and unfreeze procedures in line with RBI and law enforcement protocols.
Provide legal advisory support and case strategy on fraud-related incidents.

Requirements:
LL.B. (Bachelor of Law) from a recognized institution.
Bar Council Registration (eligible to practice law in India).
2–5 years of litigation experience in cybercrime ,
financial fraud , or banking disputes .
Proven skills in legal drafting ,
negotiation , and case documentation .
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Hindi .
Willingness to travel frequently for case hearings, coordination, and client meetings.
