A well-established law firm located in Denver, CO, seeks an experienced Advocacy Associate Attorney to join their litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in complex business litigation, including areas such as natural resources, real property, bankruptcy, and commercial disputes. The candidate should possess a strong academic background, excellent writing and advocacy skills, and a genuine interest in continuing to develop expertise in litigation.
Lead and support litigation efforts in complex business cases, with a focus on natural resources, real property, bankruptcy, and commercial disputes.
Manage all stages of litigation, including discovery, motions practice, depositions, and case management.
Provide superior client service by maintaining regular communication and providing strategic advice.
Draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, and discovery responses.
Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
Work collaboratively with senior attorneys and other team members to strategize case approaches and solutions.
Participate in legal research and analysis to support case development.
4-7 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on business, commercial, or complex litigation.
Proven experience in discovery, motions practice, and depositions.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality legal services and advice to clients.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
