Firm Advice is conducting a search on behalf of an AmLaw Global 25 firm for a trade / customs attorney to assist with Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) issues, including reclassifications in light of forthcoming tariffs.
This interim position will begin immediately, is full-time and remote, and there is a possibility of being hired by the firm.
REQUIREMENTS
JD and in good standing of a US bar preferred or Bachelor’s and additional trade / custom’s work experience.
Custom officers and attorneys who have experience working with HTS are encouraged to apply.
