Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about managing operations in a fast-paced international business?

Citizenship & Co is looking for a proactive Admin Executive to support our growing Citizenship by Investment and Residency by Investment business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for office administration, client documentation, developer coordination, contract management, and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth business operations.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain client files, contracts, and confidential documentation.
  • Coordinate with clients throughout the application and documentation process.
  • Draft, review, and maintain administrative agreements and company documents.
  • Coordinate and execute partnership agreements and contracts with local and international developers, government-approved projects, and business partners.
  • Liaise with developers, legal teams, government authorities, and international partners.
  • Maintain records of contracts, renewals, MOUs, and partnership agreements.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and business travel for management.
  • Manage office supplies, vendors, and administrative procurement.
  • Assist the management team with reports, presentations, and operational support.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and document control across all departments.

⚖️ Compliance & Regulatory Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong understanding of Citizenship by Investment (CBI) and Residency by Investment (RBI) programs.
  • Stay updated on local and international government laws, immigration regulations, compliance requirements, and policy changes affecting investment migration.
  • Ensure all company processes and documentation comply with applicable legal and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with legal advisors, government authorities, and international partners to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor documentation requirements for different citizenship and residency programs.

✅ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of administrative or operations experience, preferably in immigration, consultancy, legal, real estate, or professional services.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Citizenship by Investment, Residency by Investment, Immigration, Legal, or Real Estate Consultancy.
  • Experience coordinating with international developers, government agencies, and legal firms.
  • Understanding of international compliance, due diligence, and documentation procedures.
  • Knowledge of UAE government procedures is an advantage.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
