Job Type: Full-time, Permanent ( Office based) Reed is partnering with a well-established and highly respected professional services firm to recruit a Legal Assistant to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented administrator looking to develop a career within the legal sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting solicitors, managing client documentation, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

The Role As a Legal Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the legal team, helping to ensure matters progress efficiently from initial enquiry through to completion. The role offers direct client interaction, document preparation responsibilities, and the opportunity to develop specialist legal knowledge within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities Managing initial enquiries from clients and arranging appointments Supporting solicitors with client meetings and administration Opening new matters and maintaining accurate client records Preparing and organising physical and digital case files Assisting with legal documentation and correspondence Coordinating appointments and ensuring documentation is completed correctly Drafting routine letters and emails Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance requirements are met Securely storing and managing confidential documentation Assisting with reception duties, client onboarding, and general office administration when required About You The ideal candidate will have:
