Annual salary: $65,347.17+ Full State Employee Benefits
Job-related travel is Occasional. Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of professional experience in business or public administration;
OR
or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of technical administrative* experience for each year of the required bachelor’s degree.
Job Responsibilities
This position manages contract policy analysts and monitors the development and update of Child Support Services policy and Instructions to Staff in coordination with federal and state policy and law changes.
Duties include: reviewing, drafting and editing rules, Instructions to Staff, division memos and procedural guides, completing all rulemaking documents and monitoring Oklahoma Legislative and Congress sessions for proposed legislation that could have an impact on our program and/or the families we serve
This position also participates in Process Improvement Teams and conducts a wide variety of research and surveys on child support issues.
Coordinates with other Centers on training and policy needs and answers policy questions from staff, the public and other government officials
