Real Estate Associate | Fort Worth Office – Latham & Watkins & Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher

Location: Fort Worth, TX
Salary: $175,000 – $245,000 per year
Bonus: $20,000 – $60,000 (Performance-Based)
Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Bar Admission: Texas Bar admission required

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage sophisticated commercial real estate transactions
Advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and joint ventures
Work closely with senior partners and high-profile clients across sectors
Draft and negotiate complex real estate agreements and related documents

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 4 years of real estate law experience, preferably at a top-tier or Am Law firm
Active admission to the Texas Bar
Proven ability to independently manage complex commercial real estate matters
Outstanding drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
Experience with institutional investors and high-value transactions is a strong plus
Background at a highly regarded law firm is preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary range: $175,000 – $245,000
Annual performance bonus: $20,000 – $60,000
