Position Objective
To provide comprehensive administrative, legal documentation, and corporate governance support to the Group of Companies by coordinating legal documentation, conducting due diligence and background checks, supporting board and management meetings, managing corporate records, and ensuring timely follow-up on legal and compliance-related matters.
Key Responsibility
- Prepare, organise, and maintain legal documents and corporate records.
- Follow up on legal documentation and submissions for all Nexus Group companies.
- Conduct due diligence checks on companies, business partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Obtain company reports from authorised databases and regulatory bodies for background verification.
- Coordinate and support auditor reviews by preparing and providing the required documents.
- Perform competitor analysis and prepare summary reports for management review.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and track action items for Directors and management meetings.
- Attend meetings involving Directors, legal counsel, auditors, and other stakeholders as required.
- Monitor the status of legal matters and ensure timely follow-up with relevant parties.
- Maintain confidentiality of all corporate, legal, and business information.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Corporate Administration, Law, Legal Studies, Management, or related disciplines.
- Diploma holders with relevant experience may also be considered.
Experience:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in administration, legal administration, corporate affairs, company secretarial, or related functions.
- Experience supporting senior management or Directors is an advantage.
- Experience in handling legal documentation, due diligence, and corporate records management is preferred.
