Administrative Coordinator, Entertainment Networks Legal Affairs Jobs in New York, NY at NBCUniversal

Title: SEP Patent Licensing Partner Wanted — Revenue Share Only, No Upfront Fees

(Please be noted: this is “Revenue Share Only, No Upfront Fees” job)

Description:

I am looking for a long term working partner to non-exclusively license my SEP for multiple industries including:

– Automotive software

– Railway software

– Civil Aerospace software

– Air Traffic management

– Medical devices

– Nuclear power plan

– Household systems

I am the inventor and owner of U.S. Patent No. 12,197,893 B2, titled Data Driven Computing System Development, issued in 2025. The patent defines a systematic software and safety development method based on data value and data timing — core attributes in real-time systems.

This patent has been declared a Standard Essential Patent (SEP) under FRAND terms to the following safety and real-time system standards:

IEC 61508 — Registered in IEC Patent Database (posted in IEC website)

ISO 26262 — Declaration submitted to ISO; awaiting official database listing

IEC 62061 — Declaration submitted to IEC

ISO 25119 — Declaration submitted to ISO

AUTOSAR — Declaration submitted to AUTOSAR Patent Disclosure

NHTSA AEB — Declaration submitted to NHTSA & VSSA stakeholders

These declarations form constructive notice to potential implementers. Based on public regulatory, marketing, and standards disclosures, I have identified 118 potential infringers in the automotive sector (OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and ADAS developers).

What I Will Provide:

Full technical work: infringement identification, outreach, analysis, and mapping to standards

Drafts of PTAB Patent Owner Responses (e.g., §101 and §103)

Ongoing technical documentation, support, and claim interpretation

What You Will Provide:

Legal enforcement work (especially early-stage)

Representation or guidance during PTAB proceedings (e.g., IPR, GPR)

Drafting and negotiation of non-exclusive license agreements

Optional: support or oversight of initial outreach letters (notice letters)

Compensation:

No upfront payment available

I am offering a pure revenue-sharing model

The first 1–2 licensing/enforcement efforts will require the most legal effort (e.g., preparing or defending PTAB filings or strong license terms). For these, I am willing to share significantly more.

For the remaining cases, which should follow the early precedent and involve less legal effort, I will still share revenue proportionally and fairly.

Licensing Strategy:

I intend to license the SEP at very low rates to reduce legal friction and encourage fast acceptance

This should minimize litigation and maximize licensing adoption

The partner’s workload will likely drop significantly after early licenses are secured

Ideal Candidate:

An IP attorney with PTAB and licensing enforcement / patent litigation experience

Preferred: Familiar with SEP, FRAND, and automotive software IP

Interested in long-term residual income

Open to flexible equity-style arrangements in exchange for legal enforcement contribution

Jurisdiction: U.S.

Location: Remote / Flexible

Engagement: Long-term, on-demand after initial groundwork

Let’s work together to build a sustainable and low-conflict licensing model around this highly applicable SEP patent.

Job Type: Contract
