Join Fish’s Delaware team in our fast-paced Litigation Practice Systems Department as a Litigation Assistant.

How Will You Make a Difference?

Provide administrative support to legal staff, litigation Case Managers and Paralegals as assigned. Assignments may change due to the needs of the firm.
Prepare standard correspondence, memoranda, and other documents.
Assist with administrative overflow as requested.
Perform document downloading, document assembly, and other related tasks as assigned.
Prepare and process expense reports, requests for reimbursement, and check requests.
Coordinate travel arrangements for legal staff, litigation Case Managers and Paralegals.

What Will You Bring to the Table?

High School Diploma or equivalent.
A minimum of 1-year administrative support experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
Ability to change and adapt to current and future responsibilities and circumstances.
Skills and knowledge of administrative support as normally acquired through technical training or the equivalent experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and ability to interface with other firm technology platforms.
Ability to proofread documents for grammatical, typographical, or spelling errors and perform minor editing.
This is an in-office role and requires the ability to work in the Delaware office 5 days a week.
