Full Job Description
General Description
Assists with overall office management activities and operations. Supports Business Office and HR Department with administrative tasks. Manages time-sensitive administrative projects.
Duties and Responsibilities – HR
Assists Benefits/Payroll Manager with tasks to meet payroll schedules
Assists HR with on boarding new hires and execution of orientation schedule
Assists with daily secretarial coverage schedule; coordinates Reception staff coverage and assists with hospitality tasks as needed
Handles confidential record keeping
Coordinates with building management on security, parking, cleaning and repair issues
Assists with planning and execution of internal office moves
Assists with budget tracking, reviews vendor invoices
Other duties as assigned
Duties and Responsibilities – Business Office
Completes daily deposit
Assists with overflow duties in support of A/R and Billing Coordinators
Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
Highly organized, ability to manage time and multi-task to bring projects to timely completion
Ability to meet deadlines and handle time sensitive tasks
Maintain good interpersonal relations and communications with attorneys and staff
Possess a high degree of professionalism and integrity
Education: Four-year degree or comparable work experience
Experience:
Legal experience or experience in a professional services environment is highly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Requires occasional regional travel.
