Administrative Coordinator Jobs in Caguas, PR at Legal Project Management Partner LLC
Law firm located in midtown Manhattan focusing on a variety of aspects of immigration law practices. Our firm currently has 2-3 opening(s) for paralegal/law clerk position(s). You will work directly with the principal attorney in the firm. This position will provide hands-on training and you will gain a lot of experience on humanitarian-based, family-based, business/employment-based and removal defense immigration cases.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Conduct client scheduling and intakes;
Manage and maintain the firm’s calendar and case manage system;
Draft immigration forms and prepare evidence submission packages; and
Draft motions.
Qualifications:
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Language skills: Bengali (Strongly Preferred);
Associate’s Degree or higher (Preferred);
Proficiency in Microsoft Word;
Any prior experience working in a law firm (Strongly Preferred);
Excellent time-management and organizational skills; and
Excellent client communication skills.

Pay: $16.50 – $32.00 per hour
