The Opportunity
We are currently seeking Administrative Clerks to support our various teams with daily workflow. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for recent graduates or individuals interested in launching a career in professional services.
Responsibilities
Review CIPO correspondence and prepare client reporting letters
Invoice clients and prepare payment submissions
Process incoming emails and physical mail
Manage due dates and client data in our filing system
Communicate with lawyers, agents, and support staff
Handle sensitive client information securely
Perform other duties as assigned or amended as needed
Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience
At least one year of administrative or office experience
Post-secondary education
Strong team player with excellent attention to detail
Ability to prioritize a large workload effectively
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Highly organized and proactive
Proficiency in MS Office and quick learner of new software and technology
The salary for this role ranges from $40,000 to $55,000, based on factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
