Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to serve as both Office Manager and Bookkeeper. This dual-role position is critical to ensuring accurate financial recordkeeping and the efficient administration of our legal practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting administrative functions while maintaining precise and up-to-date financial records.

Responsibilities

Financial recordkeeping.
Prepare and process client billing.
Monitor outstanding client balances, ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on overdue invoices.
Record incoming client payments.
Conduct bank reconciliations to verify account balances.
Oversee attorney trust account management.
Manage payroll.
Process all vendor invoices.
Reconcile credit card statements.
Utilize QuickBooks.
Oversee daily office operations.
Coordinate building maintenance.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role, with strong knowledge of accounting principles.
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
Experience with bank reconciliations is essential.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
This is an in office position.
