We are a small boutique law firm specializing in probate and estate planning and we are searching for a new legal assistant / receptionist to join our team!
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Assistant located in Panama City, FL offering competitive pay, 401k, paid holidays, paid vacation, and a great work-life balance. The Legal Assistant will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, legal document preparation, and general administrative assistance. Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Communication skills (written and oral).
Ability to multitask
Proficient with Microsoft 365 Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Etc.)
Previous legal experience is a bonus but not required – we are happy to train the right candidate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
