Duties

Legal research and full criminal and civil case evidence reviews.
Conduct thorough document reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
Proofread legal documents for clarity, grammar, and formatting.
Manage case files and maintain organized records within the office.
Coordinate project timelines and assist in managing multiple cases simultaneously.
Provide general clerical support, including filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.

Experience

Previous experience in a legal office setting is preferred but not required.
Strong proofreading skills and attention to detail are essential.
Proficiency in document review processes.
Excellent writing skills for drafting correspondence.
Experience with project management tools or methodologies is beneficial.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
