Greeting all visitors in a polite and timely manner.
Answering and returning all telephone calls.
Scheduling appointments for all staff.
Filing legal documents (electronically and physically).
Making copies.
Organizing and preparing files for Court.
Keep office clean and organized and keep office supply inventory fully stocked.
Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, venders and other employees.
Working knowledge of all forms of Microsoft Office.
Minimum education requirement of a high school diploma, however, some college preferred but not required.
Maintaining confidentiality for clients and potential clients.
Needs to have the ability to work independently, be highly motivated, and confident. Also, has the ability to work with a sense of urgency.
No prior experience required. Will provide training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
