NYC-based boutique law firm is seeking an energetic, personable legal assistant/office manager. Position is 50% telecommute from home; 50% in-office and local travel in Manhattan. The position will require excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills; candidates should have excellent attention to detail, be highly organized, familiar with basic office administration like Accounts Receivables/Payables, word processing, mail handling, managing lawyer travel, expense reports and the like. B.A. or legal secretary degree required. Must have office experience. cell phone and computer will be provided. Please included a cover letter.
