Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, creating and executing strategic account plans, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients, understanding their needs, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, and monitoring account performance. The Account Manager will also identify opportunities for account growth, prepare reports, and work to enhance the overall client experience.
