Job Summary
A leading plaintiffs’ litigation firm is seeking an experienced and results-driven Trial Attorney with experience in toxic tort litigation to join our Los Angeles team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience handling complex toxic exposure cases from inception through trial.
Responsibilities:
· Manage a caseload from intake through resolution
· Conduct depositions, motion practice, and expert witness coordination
· Develop trial strategy, prepare trial materials, and serve as lead or second chair at trial
· Work closely with clients, experts, and co-counsel
· Contribute to case evaluation and settlement strategy
Qualifications:
· J.D. from an accredited law school; active California Bar license required
· Minimum 5 years of civil litigation experience, experience in toxic tort litigation preferred
· Strong courtroom presence and trial preparation skills
· Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical abilities
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Location: Los Angeles, CA (hybrid/in-person preferred)
Compensation: Highly competitive salary, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonuses and benefits
